Our Social Contract with you, the fans.
Welcome to our live music event. We are music fans ourselves, as such, we decided to create a new ticket company in order to help promote live music events, and to help reduce the costs involved in attending our events.
For far too long, major companies have dominated this market with a focus on corporate profits and doing the bare minimum for the fans and the Artists.
We are different in many ways. We aim to deliver a low cost, efficient, innovative service and product that is wanted, respected and trusted by our fans and the Artists who perform.
BEFORE a fan even commits to buying a single ticket, the fan should know exactly how much the ticket is, what the fees are and the local, state and federal taxes are, and if there are any options available and if so, what they are BEFORE committing to make that purchase.
By making all that data available to the fan BEFORE committing, the fan can see, understand, and appreciate the total price of the impending purchase. Once the fan as the opportunity to assess, consider the pricing and all the possible options, then the fan can decide to proceed to purchase the ticket or not with NO surprises in store after the fact.
As an event ticket company committed to honoring music fans, we are pleased to present our 10-point Fan-Centric Social Contract:
1). Transparent Pricing: We commit to all-in pricing, displaying the full cost of tickets upfront, including fees, before you even commit to buying one of our tickets. This is to be upfront, transparent and to avoid any surprises at checkout.
2). Fair Ticketing: We support artists’ control over their ticketing rules, including the use of face-value exchanges and limited transfers to keep prices fair wherever and whenever practical and possible.
3). Anti-Scalping Measures: We actively combat scalping by implementing strict measures against bots and speculative ticket sales. We use algorithms, code, data bases, history, behavioral patterns and more to minimize these activities wherever and whenever possible.
4). Artist-Fan Connection: We facilitate direct communication between artists and fans, ensuring a more personal and authentic concert experience.
5). Innovative Refund Policy: We offer innovative refund options for unforeseen circumstances, prioritizing fan savings and satisfaction over profit.
6). Eco-Friendly Events: We commit to reducing the environmental impact of our events through sustainable practices and partnerships. We collect items before an event, we re-use, recycle and re-purpose wherever and whenever possible, and all of our trash is processed locally with these principles in mind. For every ticket sold, we ensure a tree is planted locally to help improve the local environment.
7). Inclusive Accessibility: We ensure our venues and ticketing processes are accessible to all fans, regardless of physical abilities. Everyone should enjoy coming to our events.
8). Local Community Support: We pledge to employ people locally in order to ensure that the local community benefits directly from your purchase and our events. For every ticket sold, we ensure a tree is planted locally to help improve the local environment. This also creates jobs locally.
9). Fan Feedback Integration: We actively seek and incorporate fan feedback to continually improve our services and event experiences. We want your feedback, we encourage it, we ask, we listen, we act. Events are a team effort, where we ALL come together to have a great time.
10). Ethical Data Usage: We promise to use fan data responsibly, prioritizing privacy and security and ensuring that together with our partners we focus all of our efforts on our fans.
By adhering to these principles, we aim to create a more equitable, transparent, and fan-friendly concert experience that truly values and respects our audience.
Thank you, Welcome to our Live Music Event. We want you, the fan to become OUR fan, relax, enjoy, have fun, make memories and stay safe. Drink, eat and behave responsibly.
